European Association of Poison Centres and Clinical Toxicologists (EAPCCT)

The European Association of Poisons Centres and Clinical Toxicologists (EAPCCT) was founded in 1964 by a group of physicians and scientists with the specific goal of advancing knowledge and understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of all forms of poisoning.

EAPCCT has 251 members from 51 countries in all continents. The official Journal of the EAPCCT is Clinical Toxicology which is published by Taylor & Francis and appears with ten issues per year. It organizes an annual international congress.

NPIS staff regularly attend EAPCCT congresses to present relevant research produced  by each unit. Examples of some posters that the NPIS has presented at past annual congresses are shown below.
